Cancel Hollywood studios day?

@crazylady. "I think my kids might kill me if I told them we were doing 2 days at EPCOT" has me "LOL"ing. Ugh, I had it all planned out as 2 days at EPCOT and now I'm second guessing myself whether to skip HS or to buy park hoppers. I've got a 6:30 wakeup tomorrow to try to get fastpasses! Pressure! We have been to both HS and EPCOT before (I'm a lover of all things dorky and scientific and ethnic (ahem EPCOT)), however I have never seen Fantasmic. Here is the original itinerary...
Arrive Sunday after 2 days at LEGOLAND. ADR at another resort Sunday.
Monday(original plan) HS - have a leisurely morning making our way over to HS....FP TSMM (now out of the equation)...take our time strolling about and watching shows...5:15 Sci-Fi reservations.... 7ish - try to convince my kids to do tower of terror (one is on the fence)... mosey our way over to fantasmic... go back to hotel.
Monday (new plan option 1) - mosey over to EPCOT with Soarin FP on wrist and check out the land and the seas, the UK and Canada, waste two more FP early and maybe get a 4th FP for TOT ... go back to hotel for mid afternoon siesta... head to HS for dinner and shows and Fantasmic and maybe even TOT
Monday (new plan option 2) - same as option 1 but no HS...

Tuesday - Rope drop MK and hit it hard.
Wednesday - leisure day at the resort and then Disney Springs that evening
Thursday - rope drop AK and hit it hard
Friday- rope drop EPCOT for TT, FP frozen and mission:space and waste another... tour the rest of world showcase that we missed on Monday.

Hmmm, such pressure and such tough decisions to make

I love Epcot a lot, but if I had to choose between two days at Epcot and one full day Epcot with a half-day at Hollywood Studios, I'd probably choose the latter. Sci-Fi is one of my favorite in-park restaurants and I genuinely like the shows and characters that the park has to offer.
