Cancel Due To Rain???? Help?

Oh it totally works for us I believe. Anytime any of feels like we're coming down with something, we take it for a day (1 tablet every 3 hours) and we're just fine!

There was a big news story and a lawsuit because they claim it works and it was proved it doesn't. And it never worked for me, DBF says he doesn't think it ever worked on him either but I know it never worked for me. I'd take it religiously and still end up sicker than a dog. I'll stick with Zicam, use it at the first sign of symptoms and it helps. And EmergenC, when everyone I'm around gets sick I double up on the Vitamin C. That's what works for me.

Yeah- I remember that lawsuit. It more came down to the wording on the packaging than anything. Everyone responds differently. It's packed with vitamins- what could be wrong with that?

Absolutely nothing is wrong with extra vitamins. Maybe that's why it never helps me...I already take a lot of vitamins and I take extra vitamin C in the cold months......hmmmmm

we went is Dec 2004- it rained EVERY day. We had the best time. DH still says to this day it was the most fun we had on vacation!! dont cancel. Buy a poncho though!!!

The weather service is 0/3 on storms this wet season in SoCal. In each case, they predicted a rainy period of 3-4 days, with 1-2 inches of rain. In one case, we didn't so much as a drop; the other two 'storms' dropped about 1/3 inch over a few hours. The computer models are not doing well this winter down here. One thing I have learned - if they start delaying the onset of the rain, that is a good indication that the storm is whimping out big time. Oh, and then there's the SoCal Theory of Rain...

If the forecast is for a 100% chance of rain, it won't. Guaranteed...

Just my opinion, but I've lived here for 47 years - so for what it's worth...

Sad to hear that. Same here, we cancel our September trip and moved it to December, my friends want to come and join us. So, that would be a lot of fun. Hope you will also enjoy your trip soon.
