Most places yes. CRT has a 48 hour cancellation policy and there are others too, maybe Akershus and the shows?

Check your reservation confirmations. It should say right on them what the cancellation policy is. Typically, if you had to give a credit card guarantee you need to give advance notice or your card will be charged.
