canadians and loews first

I applied for the loews first membership about three weeks ago and have yet to hear anything. Anyone know if this is for US citizens only?

I'M Canadian as well&have a card. I got it a few months ago. Sorry i cant remember how long it took but don remeber it being any length of time.

At the top of the online application is says please allow 3-5 weeks. You should be getting it soon!
