Canadian Ticket Vouchers

We bought the Canadian discounted tickets last spring and are travelling to WDW in March. We land at MCO at about 8 PM and are hoping to present our vouchers along with passports that evening to save time on our first morning. I’ve got 2 questions:

We’re staying at BLT and our arrival night is a DAH night, will a guest services booth be open outside MK or at the TTC during this time?

Does each person have to be there to present their passport, or can one adult take them all while everyone else stays back at the hotel?
