hello. has anyone purchased the Canadian Resident tickets from the Disneyland website? is there any extra/other charges ? do they mail you tickets? (if so how long does it take ?) or do they email you a code that you redeem at the parks?

I've done it twice and they linked automatically to my Disneyland account both times. There were no extra charges, just the ticket cost. I don't recall getting an email but I took screen shots of the confirmation and tickets on my phone for back up. We went straight to the turnstiles with our ID and they scanned our linked tickets on my phone in the app. They'll print you paper tickets at the turnstiles.

Thank you 22Tink. Great idea about taking screen shots for backup.
Did you purchase the tickets via the App? or on the Disneyland website?
i dont have the App nor a Disneyland account as of yet. so i need to download the Disneyland app to my phone ( i have an android) and then in the app create a Disneyland account? or can i create a disneyland account directly on the website?

You can create an account on their website, buy your tickets and then when you log in to the app using your credentials your tickets should be there - you have to buy them online - there is no option to buy the Canadian tickets through the app.

Mine are named but I think I assigned them at time of purchase this time around. I’m not sure if you can name them after they’re linked. I couldn’t figure it out for last years’s tickets so they just remained unassigned.

It isn't a big deal, I just have to different set of tickets because we are going again in August and I got hubby a 5 day hopper (poor guys isn't coming this trip he is staying home and we are doing a girls trip)
Once she scans her ticket when we enter I can buy her max pass. I just don't want to screw hubbys ticket up.
I went through almost the whole process to buy the Canadian tickets online, but didn’t see a place to add MaxPass... do we have to wait and buy it after we enter the park? Can we buy it for the 5 days on the ticket at one time or do I have to buy it separately each day? TIA

You cannot add Maxpass with the Canadian deal. Have to wait to enter the parks, sounds like it takes 30 seconds to do once you are through the gate. I’m okay with it since we are saving a lot of $ with the 25% off!
