My 16yr old dd and I will be in the world the first weekend of December. We will have a hopper. Staying at Boardwalk. She is not a picky eater. Enjoys steak, seafood, ect. Looking for some inspiration for dinner ideas. Please share any great meals and dining experiences! Last trip our dining highlight was California Grille during MK fireworks. Other places we've enjoyed Chefs de France, Cape May, BOG. Did not like Biergarten and we want to stay away from character meals. Some places we haven't gone Space 220 (always go back and forth bc of mixed reviews) Le Cellier, Sanaa.

Sanaa is a great place for lunch or dinner. We always go at least once a trip.
Another restaurant I'd recommend is Flying Fish. Delish!

I think Space 220 is worth it for the overall experience. I generally enjoyed my lunch there - yes, it was a bit overpriced and the steak wasn't the best I've had (strip, which isn't my favorite anyway), thought the buffalo cauliflower apperizer was delicious! I would have just taken about three more plates of that. The agmosphere is super cool though and service was on-point. If you are interested, I'd say it's worth a try.

We LOVE Boma, and Sanaa and Jiko are also solid choices. If you are at AKL you can usually do animal viewing, too. We also like Olivia's at OKW, Grand Floridian Cafe at the GF, Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary.
Have you considered Disney Springs restaurants? Generally we find the food here of a much higher quality and somewhat more affordable. Favorites there are Jaleo, Morimoto Asia, Polite Pig, and Raglan Road.

thank you! we usually do Disney springs but are skipping it this time! morimoto is a fav!

Space 220, the screen to space gets alittle repetitive after while. The food was solid but we probably won’t be back. However, that has nothing to do with the look of the restaurant or the food. It was the service.

The waiter legitimately argued with my wife that the calamari would not affect her shellfish allergy and she needed to “calm down”.

That whole experience really ruined the vibe and how we feel about that particular restaurant.

Our favorites are Steakhouse 71, Jiko, and Tiffins. Space 220 was fun and I'm glad I did it, but am not in a rush to do it again. Brown Derby is another nice option.

Hollywood Brown Derby, Flying Fish, Jiko, and Wine Bar George are my favorite restaurants for great meals in a nice setting. Steakhouse 71 and Geyser Point are also great if you don't want to spend that much.
