This May Photopass Share is Officially FULL


Is anyone up for a Canadian May photopass share?

I would be willing to head the group!

My dates are May 11-20, and I would need at least four others who are going at about the same time.

Anyone interested?

I would pre-order the CD (if still available by the time we go in May), have it delivered to me, and make copies to send out to you.

I headed a May photopass share last year, and I think it worked out great for all involved!!

Each participant would have to pay 1/5 of the Photopass CD cost and shipping expenses (shipping from Disney and then shipping to you of the copies).

Of course, I would love to have you join.

I hope the wait to view and edit your photos won't be too long for you, though, as the account won't be created until the last person comes home (right now that's me).

I think I should be okay because I have 30 days to claim my pictures on the website and then another 30 days after that. So as long as everyone comes back before June I should be fine but you're the group leader so it's your choice I hope it does work out though because I really liked the Photopass pics we had taken last night.

Excellent!! I just looked into the pre-order offer, and we should be able to take advantage of this.

If there's a May P&PP, it'll be wonderful getting pics all night long with different characters!!! I just wish they had Photopass on DCL!!!

Yes, I would say about $20 . . . max $25

If I can preorder the CD(s) at $100, the shipping from Disney to me would be $5.49 and the shipping from me to you would probably be less than $5.

If I'm reading the website correctly, it sounds as if Disney will also cover shipping if I pre-order. If that is the case, we'll recalculate at that point.

Basically, we'll add it all up and divide by 5!!

All of this would be in US funds, of course.

I can add you onto our list You may not have access to your pictures until all participants have arrived home, though (to give everyone a 30 day window for editing). I hope that's OK.


Right now our dates span from April 26 to May 23. I think that's as far as we want to go. Any other Candian photopassers travelling between these dates???

Yes, everyone receives a copy of all the pictures. I never even thought of separating them, and I'm not sure that would be an easy task for me to sort through unfamiliar faces, especially with the high number of pictures on the CDs. Last year, 5 of us accumulated almost 800 pictures!!

Personally, I just copy my family pictures to my computer and never look at the original CDs again. You will have to decide if you are comfortable with others having your pictures; remember, the other members (except me, of course) will not even know your name.

When you edit your photos you will see they are numbered. They will be in that order on the CD's. If we let the OP know what numbers are ours, she should be able to copy just those pictures for people. If we end up with a lot of photos that may save you the number of CD's you have to use.

Generally they are grouped together unless you upload your photopass numbers at different times. Most people load them all up at once. They are not hard to find at all when you are looking for your own family pictures.

It would be a real challenge for me to sift through hundreds of pictures of 4 other families and try to sort them. I'm not offering that service, only the ordering, copying, and mailing them out.
