Last night I made my first transaction with our US bank account. $500 canadian got us $513.14 US!!!

Even with the fees to use the credit card my $500 US payment only cost me $495. Yippee. Once the taxes are back, I will pay off the rest. Woohoo.

Went to my CAA on Thursday for tickets for our trip later this week The cost of the tickets were $1240 US and I only had to pay $1200
