Canadian Disney Stores, Disney Website

Hello Everyone,
It's a drag that the Disney stores closed in Canada.
I wish Disney would create a Canadian shopping website.
I did a mock order on the US site just for curiosity sake and the shipping cost almost as must as the item. This is bad enough, then there's the exchange rate, and then we would get dinged again at the border with customs fees.
This is so disappointing.
I know Disney can't/won't create an individual website for each country, but Canada is its border neighbour, how hard can it be! Plus, I think Disney would rake in the money from us Canadians shopping online, it's our one way to keep Disney alive for ourselves when we cannot get there.
Sorry, but that's my little rant for the day.
Has anyone, by some miracle, heard whether or not Disney might consider a Canadian website??

I spoke to the managers at Square one when they were closing and they said they had been told Disney planned to create one......in a couple of years.

Let's hope so! A couple of years seems long, but better late than never, I guess. Cross your fingers everyone!

I wonder if Disney will do something online or not.
My thinking is they are selling many of their products via
Old Navy
Amazon . ca
The Bay
Giant Tiger
Ardene
Gap
Toys R Us
Walmart . ca
Pottery Barn .... etc.
Even Bed Bath Beyond Canada has their stuff.
