Canadian December Photopass Share

We are heading down this year from December 25 to January 4 and wanted to know if any fellow Canadians wanted to join us in a Photopass share. We purchased the CD last year and got 450 pictures once I added borders and titles. I didn't think I wanted to pay so much this year but know that I will regret not getting the special pictures with Simba, Stitch, Tinker Bell and others. If you are interested in sharing I will pre-purchase the CD at $99 plus the shipping and copy one set for everyone. I think that if we have no more than five people sharing it will be feasible to upload and edit our pictures. PM if you are interested.

Hello,

I am definitely interested. We will be at Disney Dec. 13th-20th. I have a 3yr old and a 6 month old so expecting to get a load of pics especially at the BCV with the photopass photographers. As well as heading to the MVMCP on the 16th.
I have read about photopass share a bit on here but not exactly sure how it works can you explain.

Hi Sabrina,
I made a new post called Late December Early January Photopass Share. I only got one response from this Canadian board and was hoping the budget board would get more of a response. I also changed it to not limit to Canadians only. I thought it would be easier with the shipping but now I just want to be able to be in a share and get tons of pictures. If you can find the other post let me know.

We just joined DVC this past may and our first trip will be for Christmas. I noticed you have been a DVC member for a few years now. I'm jealous because I think BCV is a great place. Our kids fell in love with AKV and the animals. Maybe in the future we will purchase more points. Is it easy to get into the BC?

Hi Glen and Sabrina,
I just wanted to post to see if anyone else will join us. Sabrina you will love the Christmas Party. We went our first time last Christmas and it was great. I learned everything on here before leaving and found out that you can get into the parks at 4:30. This is when we took the time to eat at Cosmic Rays (so not to waste time) Just before the party started we headed over to Fantasyland and lined up in the stroller parking area of It's a Small World to get a picture with Beauty and the Beast (My daughter wore the exact same Belle Christmas dress and I needed the picture.) I know that others that have gone to the Christmas Parties in the past said that it was no longer worth it because it seemed so much more crowded and you no longer get a free picture. But because it was our first time the park didn't seemed crowded and we loved seeing the parade at night. Anyways, I hope we can find others to join us. Would the two of you still be interested if there are no others?

I'm getting so excited for our trip. I'm sure you guys are even more excited than me.

Hi Lorraine,

Yes we really enjoy the MVMCP. I really don't find it that crowded at these parties like others think and I love the special parades and fireworks they put on. We have been to them two other times so this will be our 3rd one. It will be very different as I have children now. We were just in Disney at the end of Sept, beginning of Oct so we went to the MNSSHP. That is our 4th or 5th time at that party. I have lost track to how often I have visited WDW. We are Disney addicts. We decided to be DVC members in 2002 the year after our Disney 2001 Wedding at the Wedding Pavillion. We have always loved the Beach Club and that was when they were selling the Villas for the Beach Club as the home resort. So we could not pass it up as it is our favourite resort both for features and of course location. We usually go to Disney in October so being at the Beach Club is the best because it is the closest for the Food and Wine Festival.

Well I hope we can attract some more attention to our threads and nab some more people for the photo pass share. Thanks for keeping me posted.

What do you mean you have 5 trees. Do you decorate all 5 trees??
I am having a hard time decorating just one 10 ft. tree.
My favourite thing at Disney during the holidays is the snow on Main Street of course.

I saw some pictures here of a women that decorated each tree with a different theme and color. You both beat me because this year we got a three feet tree for the kids to decorate with no help. I have two boxes left of decorations that we just couldn't fit.

I'm not sure but I have been looking into when pictures have to be entered on the Photopass site before they expire. We have one person interested but leaving on the 13. If you guys find any info let me know.

Our house isn't that big, just everytime you turn a corner there is a tree there. Yes each one has it's own theme i had a thread with pics, I'll add some new ones of the latest tree and bump it back up so you can see them.

If not I won't be insulted if you, Glendon and StampMom (Dawn) what to split between yourselves. I am going later and all of you would have to wait for me. This really isn't fair to the three of you. Either way, I'm glad that we both were able to find others to share with. At the beginning it was like we were nerds and not a soul wanted to join us. Now look where we are.
