Canadian 25% off ticket + MaxPass

We are coming in April. I have an AP with MaxPass. I had an extra ticket with MaxPass that I bought last October and didn't use that I will now use for my daughter.
Now my DIL wants to come and buy the specially priced ticket for Canadians and add MaxPass.
If I buy this for her the ticket will show up in my App, but I'm not sure the process to add MaxPass each day while we are in the park?
Can someone walk me through this?

From what I have read - you cannot add MP onto your Canadian ticket - but if you buy them online through the Disney website they will show on your app connected to your account. As long as you have a credit card attached to that account when you go through the gates you can then add the MP rather quickly. This is what others have told me through my investigation as we are planning to buy our tickets using this discount as well.

You cannot purchase MaxPass ahead of time with the Canadian discount but it's really easy to add it after entering the park.

Make sure to have a credit card preloaded into your account, and memorize the 3 digit code on the back as well because you'll need that as well. Once your ticket is scanned at the turnstiles you can purchase it through the app.

Click on the round icon at the bottom of the opening page of the app and it will pull up your options.

Choose the Get FastPass option and it will ask you to create a party. Select the person/ticket you want to purchase MP for. Then tap 'continue to purchase' and follow the prompts to complete payment. Easy Peasy!

I hope that helps! You can go into the app and try it up till the purchase screen. It won't let you go past the 'create party' screen until the tickets are scanned into the park.
