1. We don't say "eh"
2. We don't live in igloos
3. We don't live for hockey
4. i have never seen a wild moose or beaver

I feel like on television we get made fun of alot..

Family guy..
A bunch of other shows the answer to the problem is always, "I was in Canada"

or If you wanted to run away from some one its, "Lets go to canada"

We dont live in a barren wasteland
We have functioning traffic lights.
My cousin was even asked y someone in the states if we had ROADS.
YES WE HAVE ROADS. ..

Seriously, though, I've never been to Canada and, somehow, I'd never heard of those American stereotypes of Canda/ians before very recently. All of the Candians I've ever met have been way groovy, and your country sounds great, too.

The last time I went to France we toured around with a school from BC for a week... they were nice. I always laughed when they said 'grade _' and 'aboot'. Oh, and when they said 'oh my god' it sounded like 'oh my gauwd' which made me giggle.

Ooh, you've been to the chocolate factory? I tried to avoid that place..

And all those rumors about Canada drive me crazy. Family Guy always makes fun of Canada, but I dont seem to mind that..

My dad was at a convention of a bunch of Canadian Travel Insurance people, and one of the guys there said that he never says 'eh'. So they made a bet that if he said eh that night he'd owe someone money. About 2 minutes later...

And no one would have noticed if it weren't for the bet.

But, I have never met a single Canadian that can say about right. BOUT, not BOOT :]

Have you ever heard of Robin Sparkles...she is a very inspirational singer and sang songs such as "Lets Go To The Mall"...lol. How I Met You Mother is such an amazing show. Canada is pretty cool from what I remember when I went there like 8-10 years ago. But do you really have Mounties everywhere?

I don't live for hockey, but i do love me some lacrosse---which is our ACTUAL national sport btw!! (little known fact)

Tim Hortons rules my life...even though I like to think I'm more of a 'starbucks' kinda girl...tere's no denying that Tim Hortons is in my blood.

I might not live in an igloo, but in the winter i can build a pretty mean snow fort!


Oh....and REAL CANADIAN maple syrup kicks the snot out of Aunt Jemimahs.
