No, Canada has never given up on cruise ships, but they have a tough balancing act. Some Provinces have seen their death rate double in the last 2 weeks, so who knows.

Yes, at the opposite end of the country from where I live. It will be at 9:30 Atlantic time which is 5:30am Pacific time.

There are 6 time zones in Canada. 5:30am Vancouver time is 8:30am in Ontario, from where I presume the announcement is being made.

I've not been able to find anything either. My understanding that it should have started at 8:30am EST, but I've not found anything yet.
