I had a bowl of chocolate ice cream after I took the kids to school. The other day when I tried to be good by eating a small bowl of one of those healthy cereals and drinking water, I ended up with a killer headache. Back to Coca-Cola I went the next day!

I know you meant this as a joke, but this is the kind of stuff that perpetuates inaccuracies and untruths that many ignorant people have concerning this region of the Northeast.

I can assure you that I have a full set of beautiful teeth, and they are all mine! In fact, everyone in my family has beautiful teeth, and 99.9% of the people I come into contact in the state of Maine have very nice teeth! See!

I have to say I've lived in New England my whole life and never heard a joke about people in Maine having only 1 tooth. I've heard it about people in Alabama though When I first saw that joke I was thinking "does he realize people say that about Alabama".

OK now I'm probably going to get in trouble for saying that about AL. So I'll add my I love Alabama message. I love Alabama. I've only been once, to Talladega, and I thought it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too. And I'm dying to go to Gulf Shores, AL.

Back to the breakfast - I can promise that tomorrow it will be more junk! And I'm glad I'm not alone. Although I am pregnant and know I should be eating better
