Can you visit Disneyland Paris and get by without knowing any French? Thank you in advance.

yes you can!
I cant speak any either apart from hello, goodbye and thank you lol
Most castmates speak very good english,
Most rides and attractions are bilingual or do seperate showings like, stich they do a french and english speaking one you just go to the one you want

Yes you can, but it is worth learning the basics like, hello, goodbye and thank you, and maybe "do you speak English?" I find it goes a long way! Look out for the CM's badges which show the languages they speak.

Bonjour, Au revoir, Merci, that's all my french but i have never had any problem in DLRP.
More, last time i was there with my mum we asked - in English - a CM to take a picture of us in front fo DLH. But when she realized we were Italian she quickly switched from English to Italian and was very nice and helpful.
So, sure you will be fine
