Can you walk up to Via Napoli and change a reservation time?

After five months of refreshing, the only times that I can get for three for a Via Napoli dinner are 4:30 and 9:30 pm. I finally took the 4:30 out of desperation but want to eat later. Has anyone walked up to their podium and changed their reservation time, or walked up without a reservation lately? Thanks

I don't think you have much chance of doing that successfully, but you might want to check first thing in the morning to look for last minute cancellations.

I would just check on the website first thing in the morning to see if there were cancellations the night before.
