I don't want my color to fade and I'd like not to pack items I really don't need. Anyone who has color treated hair have success with the H2O products?

I used it and noticed no effect. The shampoo felt more moisturizing than it did clarifying, which I take as a good sign (it has a very rich, creamy feel). It doesn't say anything about color treated hair on the bottle (just checked). I wasn't a fan of how it smelled, but I was really happy with how it made my hair "feel," so I never broke out my own bottle.

If you're picky about shampoo (which I know I usually am!) I would just pack what you're used to.

I have colored hair and loved the H2O stuff. And they actually gave us enough to use the whole trip. I did use a leave on conditioner in the am before going in the chlorine and sea water. It was by Redken but I'm sure other brands have something like that.

I use it now even after the cruise. I love the stuff and am addicted to it. And I have colored hair. Works extremely well, even my hair dresser asked what product I was using.

i am a redhead and our color fades real fast and the h20 products were great no problem

No problems here. Absolutely love the stuff...in fact, getting ready to place another order....

I did not have a problem - the smell is strong - I liked it but if you don't like it it could be a problem

For those of you who like the H2O products - I have found many different body lotions and bath shower gels of theirs at Marshalls for a fraction of the price.

Me too. I really like it and didn't notice any fading of my color. I like the smell, but probably because it reminds me of being on the cruise. :lovestruc

Do they give you conditioner too? Trying to decide if I need to pack shampoo and conditioner for my dds. Thanks!

Yes, in all the rooms you get shampoo, conditioner and body butter. I believe the suites also get solar relief gel and body wash.

I love the H2O spa products and we use them at home.

Another 'redhead' that loves the H2O products. I had no fading whatsoever. In fact, I use that stuff at home. I need to reorder mine since I just finished up the last of my conditioner.
I have to say that I seldom use the toiletries they provide at WDW. But I love the stuff on the ships!!! Far superior to the products in the resort rooms!
