probably, i've never tried but in any event the only advantage to using it is that national & mco have a deal eliminating the concession fee which drops the total rate another $12 or so. I don't know if other airports have the same deal.

Certainly, it can be used for any National Rentals. Here is a link to the Priceless Vacations web site with links to their car rental "partners".

I did use it in Cleveland along with Orlando. In both places it took off the concession fee!
