Can you use PH vouchers on a later trip?

We received two PH $15 vouchers this week but are going with free dining in Sept and doubt we'll use them. They say good for travel through 1/08 but also have our travel dates in Sept printed on them. Has anyone used them on a later trip with success? We'll be back in Oct and Dec. so these are obviously before 1/08.
Also has anyone used two vouchers at one meal?

if they say best before 01/08, then that is when they are good till!

You can always pick them up at the Lobby Concierge desk, as they have bunches.
