Can you use HB meal vouchers on any day?

We will be arriving on a Sunday afternoon in October and leaving on Tuesday morning, staying at Hotel Cheyenne. My understanding is that we will each get vouchers for 2 breakfasts and 2 other meals. Can those other meals be used at any time? Eg. Can we use them for dinner on Sunday, the night we arrive? Or are they allocated to Monday and Tuesday?

Also, is there any option to get the lunch to go on the morning we're leaving?

Yes you will get 2 vouchers and can use them at any time. They will be buffet meals in the parks, at The Cheyenne or Santa Fe or La Grange at Billy Bobs in the village. You can have a meal at lunchtime on your last day, but not to go. I would use them for your evening meals; Sunday and Monday.
