DTD has: Pleasure Island, The West End and the Marketplace.
Lego land is in the Marketplace. It used to be that the Marketplace and the West End were non-ticket sections and you had to pay to get into Pleasure Island. - Right now I believe that you can get into Pleasure Island without paying admission, and you only pay admission as you go into the bars/clubs.
So I guess to answer your question, there is no ticket or admission fee for Lego land.
Just want to add that LegoLand is a store. It does have a kids play area and some things around it built out of Legos to see, but it's not an attraction. Definitely no charge to shop there, LOL!
You do not need any sort of ticket to get into the Lego store at DTD. However, as someone else noted, it's important to understand that the Lego store is a STORE, not an attraction. There's a play area outside, but it's not like a Legoland theme park.
