can you use dining plan refillable mugs at the parks?

The refillable MIGs come with the dining plan. Can you use them at the park or only at the resort? I'm hoping to get my coke fix all day long at the park, or at least water when ever I want it.

No, you can only use the rapid fill mugs at the resort. You could always buy a coke and fill up your mugs. We usually had coffee or hot chocolate in the morning and after rinsing, we put them in our bag until we got to a resort to refill them.

You can get water whenever you want it, just ask at the counter service places.
