Can you use DDP snack option at Ghirardelli?

Just wondering if you can use any of the snack options at Ghirardelli in downtown disney?

Ghiradelli is not on the dining plan. They are not on the 2012 list, and I don't think they have been in years past either.

Ghirardelli is one of the few remaining outlets on Disney property that does not accept any type of dining plan credit.
