Fantasmic Dinner Package? Also on allearsnet I saw that you get 20% off on certain locations and then 10% off on certain lunch locations. Is DDE 20% of character breakfasts and lunches or is in 10%? Thanks!

You cannot use the DDE card for The Fantasmic Dinner Package. Character meals are 20% off with the DDE card.

Disney Dining Experience. It is a card that AP Holders can purchase to receive discounts on dining.

We received the DDE discount for the FDP at H&V.

You can buy the DDE card if you have a seasonal pass, an AP or are FL Resident. It used to only be available for Fl residents. It is well worth the $50!

cwnhokie-Officially...no, you cannot get the 20% discount on FDP. I have heard on these boards that *sometimes* if you are lucky, the waiter will do it for you.

We did our first FDP at Brown Derby. It was one of the best meals of our trip. We made it very worthwhile because I had a $28 steak, a $13 app, and a $9 dessert. But I only paid $37 for my FDP.

We also had cocktails, and since we had a DDE card we asked our waiter to ring up our bar tab seperately, so we could get the discount. He was very accomodating, and totally understood.

I would do the FDP again in a heartbeat! Very worthwhile!

At least on our trip in June, all participating restaurants were 20% off. I don't recall hearing anything about some places being 10% off. Maybe you are confusing that with the regular AP discount at some restaurants that is 10%?

Officially you can't use the DDE for the FDP, but I have seen people report getting the discount. It never hurts to ask......

Even says it in the paper that they give you with your DDE card.
But we were there last week, with 19 of us (2 DDE cards) and they took the 20% off. We asked.. Didnt expect them too, but they did! So Ask! Might say yes, might say no. No Harm though..
