Can you use a TS for a CS instead?

the rules say "no" but i have read of a case where due to extenuating circumstances, a family was permitted...

We did without any problem. On our last day, we didn't have any CS credits left, but had 4 ts credits left. We got breakfast at the resort. I had every intention of paying for it, but when I mentioned it was too bad today was my last day, and I had TS credits that would be going to waste, she called her manager in to override it.

They were very pleasant and eager to do it for me.

I wouldn't count on it, though.
