Can you use a Table Service Meal Credit for Counter Service food?

Just wondering if we cannot get reservations for table service meals, if we can use table service food credits for counter service food. (So we would have 2 counterservice meals in 1 day)
Do you HAVE to use table service credit for a table service meal?

I have heard that you may exchange 1TS for 1CS but not the other way around. I'm sure someone with experience can verify this.
