Can you use a JCPenney coupon at the Sephora inside?

Does anyone know if you can use a JCPenney coupon at Sephora (if there's one located inside the JCPenney)? TIA!

They usually say they're not usable on Sephora, but it really depends on the coupon. If you read the small print on your coupon, you'll be able to tell.
