Can you use a DDP Snack credit for Ariel or Buzz Lightyear Punch?

I am not sure if this has been answered already (forgive me if if it has) but, Can you use a DDP snack credit to purchase an Ariel or Buzz Lightyear Punch?

If you are referring to the souvenir cups and light up drink accessories they are not included in the dining plans.
