Can you use 2 tickets in one day?

We are visiting WDW in June. We are purchasing 5 day tickets. We want to park hop once during our visit. I know you have to purchase park hopper for the whole visit, which is $60 per ticket.
It is only $10 per ticket to add a 6th day. Is it possible to visit MK in the morning (use 1 day of the 6 day ticket) then visit EP in the evening (using a 2nd day of the 6 day ticket)?

no.

they are not 6 separate tickets. it is a 6 day ticket.

and when you try to get into epcot, they will tell you it is still day 1 and you can only enter the MK.

but if you had 2 one-day tickets, you could use one to enter the MK in the morning and the other to enter epcot at night.
