Can You Upgrade Your Ticket Before Arrival?

We have just received 2 Child tickets for the parks as gifts from the grandparents. Does anyone know if we can upgrade the tickets to 9-Day tickets before we arrive so that we can link the tickets and reserve the fast pass? We already have 2 Adult tickets for 9 days and it would be great if we can reserve the fast pass times together as a family.

If they are just tickets (and not part of an upcoming WDW Resort Package reservation) then, no, they can't be upgraded before arrival.

The grandparents redeemed them through their Airmiles. We are from Canada.
