We have stayed at HRH and RPR once. We really preferred HRH so we plan to go there next month.

I'm thinking of splurging and doing Club but have no idea what to expect for the extra money we will pay.

We will have 3 kids with us ages 3, 12 & 15.

Are the rooms in a certain part of the hotel ?

Yes, the club rooms are on the 7th floor. There's a nice spread for breakfast: bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal, Coffee, milk, cocoa, tea etc. There's always soda and water available. They put out nice "appetizer" type foods in the evening and the bar opens at 5, I think. Beer, wine...maybe more but not sure as that's all we ever got. Sweets time too...some kind of desserts & cookies. We loved it. Breakfast was my fave. Ds & I would walk down while Dh was still sleeping. The bagels are the best! It's a nice treat and makes you feel like you really are living like a rock star. We also got our boarding passes printed out there. TV there too, and newspapers. Internet access, maybe? Others will know more.

Club 7 Amenities include:

* Access to "Club 7", our 3,500 square foot lounge located on the seventh floor
* Additional room amenities: cordless phone, evening turndown service, & cotton signature bathrobes
* Free access to health club
* Personal concierge services
* Complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks throughout the day
* Continental breakfast served each morning (7:30 am - 10:00 am)
* Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
* “Evening Sweets” each night (8:30 pm - 9:30 pm)
* Library of rock 'n' books
* CD player with large selection of CDs available for checkout

Lounge open daily 7:30am - 11:00pm

HRH club is the best. My kids ages 13 and 15 now love the fact that they can go down to the lounge on their own to get snacks a drink etc my son had a band shirt on and the guy working the desk asked if he'd be back at 5 for apps and we said yes. when we walked in he had a rush movie video on the tv and seats in front of it saved for us. same thing next day had a kiss video on for my son and daughter. they loved it. food is good desserts excellent-it is our bed snack!
your children will love it as well as turn down with the trinkets luggage tags with HR on it, key chains etc.

I posted this on another thread, thought I would repost here for you. :)

I stayed HRH club level. It is a small club. There are few tables and a room with couches/chairs and a tv in it. We usually carried our food back to the room, but we did catch it empty a couple of times.

Morning offerings till 10:00 AM (or is it 10:30?) were bagels (cream cheese) toast (jellies) croissants, assorted pastries, doughnuts with sprinkles, oatmeal (packets you add water to) dry cereals, and fresh fruit. Beverages were milk, oj, apple juice, and then bottled wate, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, coke, sprite, and diet coke which are offered all day long.

Snacks were in the club all afternoon, sometimes chips, or pretzels, fresh fruit like apples and bananas. Secret tip, in the train on the desk open it up and there are Oreos in there, or at least there were when we were there last.

Evening offerings were beer and wine from 5-7, I think well drinks for a price (I'm a beer drinker so I don't know) and little finger foods that change nightly. Always veggies and ranch dip, then other nights there were spinach and artichoke hot dip with chips, meatballs with different sauces, wings, teriyaki chicken skewers, pigs in a blanket, and a tortellini salad, there were more, I just don't remember all of it. Usually it was 3 hot offerings with the veggie tray, oh and a cheese platter with crackers.

Dessert hour always had chocolate chip cookies, also had things like brownies, and I think one night they had ice cream and set out sprinkles for the kids.

Diana,
were you just there? I just checked out on the 23rd and a couple of days before that during the 5pm snacks, there was a Kiss video on in the big common area and some other rock video series going on in the smaller room I was in! I wonder if we were there at the same time! I love the club, but I think the hall carpets need some deep cleaning!

no we were there in March for March break but are returning aug 14-21st
kids can't wait hope the same people are working the club lounge my son has lots of band shirts to take with him this time!
