Can you take snacks into Sea World?

I will be on DDP for our trip, and I'm planning a Sea World day. I am planning on one meal at SW. I am wondering if I can pick up some snacks at Pop that morning and take them with me?

I would assume so - nothing really to prevent you from doing it.

After getting sick on the BBQ the first week( husband has trouble with some foods) he decided not to eat anything there last weekend, so he ate peanut butter sandwiches brought from home while I ate the BBQ and at Voyagers with our son. When they checked his bag that had our ponchos and his sandwiches, he told them they could have anythng in them just don't mess with my sandwiches. They did not say anything about not bringing food into the park.

Thanks. I just want to take a few munchies to keep the kids happy! I know WDW is lenient on this-just making sure SW is the same way!

you can take food and drinks...no straws...we were there in Feb and that is what they are checking for. Apparently the straws can hurt the animals.

I don't think you can take in glass either...not sure about that one.

We saw every show. Got the come back for a day free. February was very light on the crowds, so we had an enjoyable trip.

Our bag was checked also and we had some snack food. My understanding was that we could bring juice boxes or non-alcholic beverages as long as they were not in glass containers.
