Yes, in reasonable amounts and with some restrictions. IIRC, no rolling coolers and no glass (except for baby food).

Funny story: we went to Busch gardens in 2007 and they opened our backpack and saw the huge amount of sandwiches and the guy said "oh you must be very hungry!" and my BIL said "We have an empty teenager," lol!

No problem, just policy in some parks against straws etc.

Consider skipping the drinks and brink in mix-ins. All counter service restaurants will give everyone a free cup of ice water, regardless of any purchase made. It will save you a lot of money and make it easier to pack daily.
