Apparently Disney stopped them when they started their new MYW dining plan. I know how you feel-- I was so bummed out when I learned that we couldn't get them! Last July we used them for all of our meals, saved a ton, ate in great sit-down restaurants and it was great to have all meals pre-paid.
Believe me, I feel your pain. There are still a few around from what I've heard but they all expire at the end of May. I guess I will buy the new dining card so we can at least get some discount. Good luck!

Crap, that sucks, lucky I have 3 left and I will have to use them in May when I go. Wanted to order a few more.
