Can you stay on-site through Hotwire?

I'm pretty new to Disney, I want to stay at a resort where I'm "ok" to stay late during magic hours (if that's the correct context).

Does anyone know if hotwire offers on-site resorts or are they just close?

One final question, is All-Star considered on-site?

TIA

I know awhile back Swan/Dolphin and the all-stars have come up on Priceline, but its been awhile.

Check-out betterbidding.com and biddingfortravel.com and you can see what hotels people have been getting lately.

Unlikely. Disney resorts are currently running at about 90% capacity as of the most recently completed fiscal year. There is very little distressed inventory to give over to priceline/hotwire.

If you want to attend EMH, and do so as inexpensively as possible, you want either one of the All-Stars or Pop Century. Choosing to visit during Value season is a good way to save money---and if you are a AAA member, you can knock off another 20% during Value season.

Together, these bring your room cost under $66 per night, plus tax. You can sometimes do even better with various discounts.
