I just purchased 4 HHN tickets and I'm an annual passholder, they told me I could buy up to 6 at the ph rate. He won't need a day ticket to attend HHN however to Stay and Scream he would need a ticket for the day since only people in the park already can take advantage of it. From what I've been told it makes a pretty big difference to S & S since you can get in a few houses before the regular crowds hit. If you have Express Passes though, I wouldn't worry about S & S.
