can you shop for black friday items on line?

like the doorbuster items at RadioShack, or Walmart? I would love to get one of the TVs for cheap but don't want to wait with all the madness out there.

It is possible to shop online for these items, however, it's not guaranteed. Some stores will have their Doorbusters available as early as Thanksgiving. The problem is you won't know which items are available beforehand so just keep an eye out.

last year, wal-mart's doorbusters (not all, but many of them) were available online at 3:00 am ET. i got what i wanted online, and was back in bed 5 minutes later planning to do it again this year!

Also, many retailers participate in Cyber Monday now... the Monday after Black Friday, they offer some awesome deals online!

The actual Walmart ad online will tell you which items will be available online and which instore only. You will need to click on each item to see its availability.

Does anyone know if you can shop Target Black Friday ad online as well? Or if you were to buy say one of the TV's that are in the ad on Wed, will they price adjust on Friday? My FIL asked me and I have no clue.............thought I would ask here!

Starting at 3AM EST Thanksgiving morning Target is going to be offering deals online. These won 't be the same as whats on sale on BF, it ends 2:59 AM Friday morning to get ready for BF online deals. If there is something specific you want from Target's BF ad I would be awake and logged on by 2:45 AM Friday morning to check.
In previous years I have gotten things on Thanksgiving night online that were in the BF ad, but it looks like they are doing things alittle different this year.

I asked at my store. The official Target policy is that they will price-match items up to 14 days after the purchase. However and this is a big HOWEVER They will NOT price match their BF doorbuster items - as these are items that are brought into the store just for the sale. Nor will they price match on GC specials. They will price match on 2 day sale items (such as the Nikon Coolpix s205 or their toys such as Legos). I picked up the camera Friday ). The bad news is that for Target and all the other retailers almost all the TVs are doorbusters .

Amazon has some of the Walmart items on sale at almost the same Black Friday prices, but they are available at those prices right now. For example, the Samsung LN32C350 32" TV is available on Amazon for $329.99 and the Samsung BD-C6500 Blu-ray player is $139.99, both with free shipping. These prices compare to the Walmart Black Friday prices of $328 and $138.

Does anyone know if the $3 appliances (coffee maker and such) from Target will be available online? If so, do you know what time? I too, got up at 4am last year and purchased all my Walmart stuff online and then went back to bed. I'm REALLY hoping to do the same for Target this year!

I haven't shopped black friday before but I REALLY want to get the cricut at walmart. It's the only way I can get one is if I can get it on sale. I have been waiting a year for this and I am determined to make it happen. ;-)

Obviously I can't be two places at once.

If you were me, would you try online at 12:01 or go to the store?

The ad said limited supply no rainchecks.

I haven't tried to buy something online before that I knew they would run out of.

Any advice is appreciated.
