There is a rather extensive thread on their properties if you do a search. We stayed in Story Time 2 for 10 days and while the property was nice, we had a lot of problems. We had ants in the dishwasher, broken glass in the picture frames, broken door handles, etc. We called the management company several times and never got any satisfaction. We were told to buy a can of Raid for the ants and they would reimburse us!
The owners were fabulous before the trip. Very prompt replies to emails, usually within a few hours. After the trip when we sent the pictures of the ants everywhere, we never heard from them again. We weren't even asking for a refund! LOL
We are planning another trip and we really like the look of their six bedroom home, but my wife vows that we will never stay in one of their properties again after the way our concerns were ignored after full payment had been made.
In their defense, I understand they have ditched their management company, Villa Direct, and now manage it themselves I think. I know some people have stayed in their homes and have had a wonderful time, but for us, the lack of communication when they were presented with a problem was the reason we will never return to a StoryTime property. I still have the pictures for posperity! LOL
My opinion is that while you may have a completely trouble free vacation with them, the risk of having problems spoil your hard earned vacation is too great.
