Can you see your reservation online if....

You made the reservation through a travel agent? Or did you have to make the reservation online

We have an 8 digit confirmation number, but when we try to bring up the reservation on the disney site, and was told that the phone number we were using didn't match the reservation number. We tried every single phone number that is in any way related to my fiance or myself, and had no luck.

I'm wondering if it's a glitch since it's just the Beta version of the software, or if I should actually be concerned and call Disney about it...

in my experience, the online thing has never been accurate.

No - I tried to do this, and was told I needed the travel agents phone number - but when I got my confirmation through it had a 'reference' number in the phone number space on the letter- it wasn't anyones phone number - that didn't work online either
