can you see available fast passes at another park?

Can you see what's available at another park before cancelling your original fast passes? I have fast passes at HS but want to change them to Mk but only if the attractions are available. I am a park hopper guest and this magic band system is challenging to me..

Just to try to keep things clear,
MagicBands are a completely separate thing from FP+.

You can make and use FP+ reservations without having a MagicBand,
and/or you can use MagicBands at WDW without ever using FP+.
