Can you request a different guide?

I can't get my guide to call me back............Weird. I left two messages two days apart asking if their were any points in my Sept use year that I could buy now at WDW but NOT Poly nd I can't seem to get any info.....so does anyone know whether I could get a new guide and does anyone know if there are points available in Sept. Thanks
 
Call the reservation center, ask to speak to a supervisor, and request a new guide. Also, inform him that you are wanting to buy now and you should get someone on the phone at that call.
 
We switched twice until we found an experienced senior guide that we could work better with.

Might be on vacation, but should have left an "away on vacation" message on his/her answering machine
 

The guides do cruise duty, if that is really a duty, and are unavailable from time to time. As posted, just call and ask for a 'working' guide, someone should be cover for anyone that is away.
