Can you really get in MK early for dinner with MNSSHP Ticket?

I have heard various reports on getting into the park for dinner before MNSSHP. We have PS at CP at 4:30 and I heard that after 4:00 you could get into the park with your MNSSHP ticket as long as you had a PS. Is this true. Has anyone tried this?

I've read post that said that people got in at 5 with no problem. I personnally got in shortly before 6 with no problem and lots of people were already there. I'm not sure about 4. I do know you can get in early, just not sure if that early.

We got in for MVMCP this past Dec. at 4:00. They did not even ask if we had a PS, we just had to use our MVMCP tickets to get in. The CM gave us wristbands to wear for the evening.
