Can you put tip as room charge?

We have DDP but wonder if I can put all dining tips on room charge. Then settle final bill at check out with gift card.

Yes you can.

Eta or you can pay at the restaurant with a gift card for the tip assuming it's one of the majority that take Disney gift cards.

Yes - But you will need to pay before the night before you check out becuase they will charge everything to the card on file

Yes. At the restaurants, they have a little hand held scanner for the Magic Bands, so they will scan your band for the dining plan and then will bring you a receipt that looks like the one you get after they swipe your CC in non-disney restaurants that you can fill in your tip amount and then it will charge to your room from the previous band scan.
