Can you put disigns on CD for use later?

So, can you save images onto a CD and at a later date enlarge it/make transfers or alterations to them?

Before you save the image from a photobucket site, do you need to enlarge the pic to at least 63% or full size in order to make an iron-on transfer?

I save my designs to CD/DVD all the time. You need to save them as large as possible. You can always make them smaller later but making them bigger could leave some with blurry images.
