Can you purchase Disney Dollars online?

you can not get them online but there is a thread on here with a phone number or fax number that you can get them. I will look for it because I subscribe to it but can't find it right now but I did just read on another post that disney is charging 10 dollars to ship. The only thing I know you can get at disneys website is a disney giftcard
