Can you point me in the right direction??

Sorry to ask this but I have been searching all the threads for 2 hours and can't seem to find what I am searching for. If you know one of the designers that has any of these can you point me in the right direction?

I am needing a MNSSHP invite (for Emma and Olivia) or a blank one that I can add the names to myself.

Also I am looking for a cool design with Phineas and Ferb and/or a design with with a guitar and maybe mickey. DH would like a shirt but doesn't want one that says dad or has his name on it...so I am trying to find something he will think is "cool"
DH is really into guitars.
