We are planning a trip in Dec. 09 and I am a little worried about our ADRs. We enjoy char. and themed dining, and want to do a TS every night, with one exception. We went in June 08 and had no problems with planning - but the parks, fireworks, etc. all were much later in the day than they will be in December. What time should we plan on making dinner reservations each day in order to be sittting waiting for fireworks, spectromagic, Fantasmic, etc. each day? The resturants we plan to book are as follows -

arrival day (arriving late afternoon) WCC, then to FW for carriage ride and campfire

CRT breakfast, 1900 Park Fare dinner, Boma dinner, CM's dinner, San Angel Inn dinner, Garden Grill (with candlelight processional hopefully), counter service dinner on night of MVMCP

Anyone who has been in December have any advice as to what time to make dinner reservations in order to make after dinner shows?

I have never been there in December. But I make all my parents adr's for december and they go to dinner by 6. to make everything.

I can tell you that we had dinner at the San Angel Inn at 7:00 p.m. last December and had plenty of time to get a great spot for Illuminations which I believe was at 9:00 that night. If you are eating dinner at CM or 1900 Park Fare and want to catch Spectro, you will need quite a bit of time. Spectro can get very crowded as it only runs a couple of times a week on non MVMCP nights- it can also be crowded to try to get to Spectro as a lot of people go to MK in the evening just for that. Also, you never know what is going to happen. We got stuck on the monorail for 1/2 an hour while trying to get to the castle lighting and Spectro. Once we finally got off the monorail, we could not get anywhere close to the castle lighting, but did still get to see Spectro. It is well worth it!!!

So what time would you recommend dinner reservations so we can be there for spectromagic? I am afraid we are going to have to eat between 4-5 every day and therefore really cut into our time spent in the parks. Most of our meals are at resorts. We have the hopper pass, but I am used to the summer where everything runs much later. Help!!!
