Asking for a friend... They are considering camping in their RV, but their adult son would prefer to pitch a tent beside the camper. Is this allowed? Thanks!

Yes it is, but the premium sites don't have much sand to stake down a tent. Most of the preferred and full- hookups sites do.

Like Cousin Ed C says, Premiums are all pavement and while you can find a spot on the edge most times, other times it can be awkard.

If you have a Full or Preferred site, they have a designated tent pad at the back which is fine.

The best thing to do is to specify that you have a tent along with the RV on your reservation.
