Can you pitch a small tent near a cabin?

Odd question, but dh and I were looking at the pictures thread earlier tonight and really liked the cabins. We know our kids would love them too, but would still want a night or so to camp out.

Is it possible (and allowed) to pitch a tent (even if just a small one) outside of your cabin? Has anyone ever attempted this before? Is there even enough room?

Just curious!

Short answer, No. There is really no place to do it even if they let you. You didn't say when you were going but one or two nights for a basic campsite, without checking out of the cabin, would not be cost prohibitive.

We're actually not staying in the cabins. We'll be tenting for our whole 10 days. We just thought a tent night would be fun if staying in the cabins, but now that I think of it, it would still be pretty cheap to get a basic site for a night if staying in cabins.

I need to stop looking at pictures because every time I do I start getting ideas...
